Hi all
Who do you think could benefit from a workshop on using AppShed IoT as a
way of exciting kids about science and programming - it runs on 6 July at
the cloud classroom next to Masiphumelele
I guess this would be best for educators who run science labs

[Dave, if you know anyone that would like to try out AppShed IoT on July
6th, can you forward this email. Mainly for educators/enthusiasts, not kids
just yet)
Hi
I am not sure who to contact on your team - this is for people involved in
electronics & computer education.
I want to invite you (and possibly one or two students/colleagues) to an
exciting workshop: AppShed IoT (Internet of Things) is our amazing new
product that allows you to build (simple) internet-connected electronics
(e.g. smart fridges, connected cars etc). It's easy enough for
students/learners to do and does not require any programming knowledge.
On July 6 we are hosting a pre-release workshop for educators/enthusiasts.
This will be a practical workshop where you will actually invent something
new (using internet-of-things) and our team will be on hand to help you.
Date: 6 July
Duration: from 10am - 3pm (or leave at lunch time if you must rush off!)
Location: near Masiphumelele (Noordhoek)
Please get in contact very soon. We only have about 8 spaces available. We
are looking to invite people that are involved in teaching and inspiring
the next generation of inventors.
Best regards
Torsten
