Dear Colleagues,


Hope you are well! It is our pleasure to launch today the Call for Papers for the upcoming IFIP 9.4 Virtual Conference, taking place online on 26-28 May 2021. With a theme of "Resilient ICT4D" and 11 tracks from different aspects of ICT4D research, the CfP is attached - and hosted online at https://ifip94.wordpress.com/2021/01/15/call-for-papers-1st-ifip-9-4-virtual-conference-resilient-ict4d/<https://ifip94.wordpress.com/2021/01/15/call-for-papers-1st-ifip-9-4-virtual-conference-resilient-ict4d>.


Papers are invited by the deadline of 30 March 2021, and are welcome both in form of full research papers (max. 5000 words) and in that of research in progress/practitioner reports of experience and reflection (max. 2500 words​). All submission instructions are attached, along with track descriptions and the submission template.
