Haji was also interested and contacted the conference organizers to find 
out about appropriateness of papers, given the strong Information 
Systems theme in the CFP.

The response he got was: "Any ICTD papers are welcome."

Hence we are, in fact, sending a paper.

Budget has to be discussed with your supervisor.

Practically, though, the deadline is 20 June - that is Saturday!
