My name is Elisabeth and I work for Farm Radio International. Farm Radio International is an international non-profit organization that works with diverse partners to deliver transformative information to rural communities across Africa using innovative information and communication technologies.

With the generous support of the International Development Research Centre, Farm Radio Trust (FRT) and Farm Radio International (FRI) have been developing a conceptual framework and assessing gender-responsive ICT4Scale models to implement using mixed research methodology. The research project specifically focused on assessing the role and contributions that information and communication technologies can play in scaling up agriculture and food security innovations in rural regions, with a particular focus on sub-Saharan Africa.

In addition to highlighting the main findings from our 30-month research initiative, our research team in Malawi will share real-world experience. Furthermore, this prominent event will share some of the best practices that we've identified from our study on how to scale up agriculture and food security innovations in rural sub-Saharan Africa regions to achieve superior results.
